Product Function
Racemic isoproterenol sulfate is a β receptor agonist, which has a strong agonistic effect on β1 receptors and β2 receptors, but has little effect on α receptors. The main functions are:
1. Exciting heart β1 receptors, increase myocardial contractility, increase heart rate, speed up conduction, increase cardiac output and myocardial oxygen consumption.
2. Acting on the β2 receptors of vascular smooth muscle, dilate peripheral blood vessels and reduce the load on the heart, so as to correct the shock state of low blood output and severe vasoconstriction.
3. Act on the β2 receptors of bronchial smooth muscle to relax the bronchial smooth muscle.
