Product intoduction:

Phentolamine is used in the diagnosis of vasospasm diseases, such as acral arterial spasm (i.e. Raynaud’s disease), cyanosis of hands and feet, septic toxic shock and pheochromocytoma. It is also effective for ventricular premature beats.

Phentolamine is competitive and non selective α 1 and α 2 receptor blocker, its action duration is short.
